1. I hereby freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Operator for the processing of my personal data by mixed means, in accordance with the following list: - for the purpose of concluding an agreement with the personal data subject: email address, IP address.

2. In order to ensure compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of personal data processing, the Operator may: - process personal data by collecting, recording, systematizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, modifying), extracting, using, depersonalizing, blocking, deleting and destroying personal data.

3. This consent takes effect from the moment of confirmation by placing a “V” mark next to the field “I give my consent to the processing of personal data”, or another field of similar content on the Operator's website. Consent to the processing of personal data remains valid until it is withdrawn by the subject.

4. Consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn by sending a written application to the Operator's email address. I confirm that I am aware of the right to withdraw my consent by drawing up a corresponding written document, which may be sent by me to the Operator by email to: [email protected]. In the event of my withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator is entitled to continue processing my personal data without my consent where grounds exist as specified in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006.
