Politics is a village management system that allows players to influence the direction of their development through Kage elections and the progression of political focuses.
Each Kage gets the opportunity to choose one of three village development paths, each of which provides its own unique benefits. The political cycle lasts for 1 month, after which the development path is reset and elections are held again.
Candidate registration and voting take place in the Kage Residence. Any shinobi with the rank of Jonin can run for the position of Kage.
The winning candidate becomes the Kage and gains the ability to determine the political direction of the village.

Each path represents a specific approach to village development. The names of the paths may vary across different villages, but their in-game purpose remains the same.
There are three paths in total:

After choosing a path, the Kage can develop its focuses by spending money from the village treasury.
Funds from the village treasury are used to develop political focuses.
Players can voluntarily contribute to the treasury, but its main source of income is captured points in the world.
Points become available for capture at specific times. Village players can participate in the capture. Winning grants every participating player on the winning side personal currency.
The Kage's term of office is 1 month. Upon its expiration, the village's political path is reset, and a new electoral process begins.
Thus, each village regularly receives a new Kage and the opportunity to choose a new direction for its development.
